Client Service Representative (Teller)

Part time position is available at this time

30-33 hours/week (includes closings until 6 p.m.)

The Client Service Representative serves as a main point of contact for clients of Oak Bank through the drive-up and lobby teller screens. Client Service Representatives/Tellers must be flexible and have the ability to multi-task. He or she must display a high level of professionalism and courteousness at all times to clients and associates.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Accepts deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, and issues receipts
  • Cashes checks
  • Assists in training, balancing of ATM, cash dispenser and vault
  • Deposit corrections and deposit correction letters
  • Processes night deposit bags
  • Redeems U.S. Savings Bonds
  • Issues cashiers checks, money orders and travelers checks
  • Processes cash advances
  • Accept loan payments
  • Answers client inquiries
  • Balances cash drawer at the end of the day
  • Perform other duties as assigned
