You have chosen to do business with us and we are obligated to
honor that relationship with great care, beginning with the information
you have chosen to share with us.
We believe that your privacy should not be compromised.
This Privacy Policy covers Oak Bank's procedure and purpose for
collecting non-public information on our clients.

Client Information Security Policy covers the specific steps that are
being taken to safeguard the incorrect release of any client

Each associate of Oak Bank is asked to sign a confidentiality agreement on his or her first day of employment with Oak Bank and again at least annually thereafter. This agreement codifies the associate's understanding that client business cannot be discussed with any person, including a spouse, outside the Bank and that information of a confidential nature can only be disclosed to those of the bank's staff who are known to be authorized to receive it. Associates are further reminded that conversations relating to the business of the Bank or its clients in a group setting, social meetings, or public places are prohibited.
Any associate revealing confidential information is subject to immediate dismissal without warning.
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.
We limit the use and collection of information about our clients to that which is necessary to administer our business, provide superior service, and offer opportunities that we think will benefit our clients.
We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. Should you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us. We will investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies.
At least annually, associates of Oak Bank will be
retrained concerning their responsibility to safeguard client account
information per the guidelines established in
Oak Bank's Client Information Security Policy.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to "those associates who need to know that information to provide products or services to you". Associates are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of client information and on theses Privacy Policies. Because of the importance of these issues, all Oak Bank associates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of client information and associates who violate these Privacy Principles will be subject to disciplinary measures.
Under no circumstance will Oak Bank sell client
account or demographic information to a non-affiliated third party.
Under no circumstance will Oak Bank provide client account information to a non-affiliated third party without written authorization or verifiable verbal authorization from the bank's client or as required by law.
We do not share medical or health information about
you with any outside party.
Any medical or health information you furnish Oak Bank is used only for
the purpose of processing transactions or to provide services that you
have requested or initiated.
